Refund Policy

At Poised, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring that your account is accessible and functioning throughout your subscription period. Before subscribing, we encourage you to read the Terms of Service and refund policy below to understand our refund terms.

Service Accessibility and Usage Responsibility
Poised ensures reasonable access to our services during your subscription. However, service availability may occasionally be affected by technical issues, high demand, or scheduled maintenance, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.Your subscription fee covers access to our platform, whether or not you choose to actively use the services. Your usage of Poised services is entirely at your discretion. If you decide not to use the service during your subscription period, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Annual and Monthly Subscription Plans
When you sign up for a subscription plan, whether on an annual plan or a monthly payment plan, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our service, including automatic renewal and payment terms. Once enrolled, it is your responsibility to monitor your account and ensure that your subscription is in line with your needs.

Refunds for Monthly Payment Plans
For monthly payment plans, we offer refunds only for transactions made within the last 30 days. We cannot process refunds for payments made more than 30 days ago, as these represent services that were available to you and agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Refunds for Annual Plans
At Poised, customers who sign up for an annual plan receive a discounted rate compared to the monthly plan. Refunds for early cancellations of annual plans are calculated as if the customer had been paying the standard monthly rate of $19/month for the months they used the service.For example, if a customer cancels their $156 annual plan after 5 months, they will be charged 5 x $19 = $95. The refund amount will be the difference between the total annual fee and the amount used: $156 - $95 = $61.

Important Notes:

- Refund requests must be made before the end of the 6th month of the subscription.
- No refunds will be issued after the 6-month term, even if the customer cancels.
- Refunds only apply to the difference between the total annual fee and the months used, calculated at the monthly rate of $19/month.

Cancellation Policy

- Monthly Plans
: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month.

- Annual Plans: If you choose to cancel your annual plan, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription year. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time unless it meets the pro-rated refund conditions mentioned above.
